Fees.—The fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the District Mineral Foundation by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form G; and the District Mineral Foundation shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
