Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the whistle blower shall apply to the Lokpal in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Lokpal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
