Surrender of certificate.—Every whistle blower who ceases to carry on the making of public interest disclosures shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokpal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every information held by him has been disposed of.
