Surrender of certificate.—Every guarantee holder who ceases to carry on the holding of a Government guarantee shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 12-A of the manner in which every register of contracts held by him has been disposed of.
