Maintenance of premises.—Every guarantee holder shall keep the premises where the holding of a Government guarantee is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every utilisation certificate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the holding of a Government guarantee, and shall furnish to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in Form GFR 22, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
