Intimation of change.—Every guarantee holder shall intimate to the Comptroller and Auditor-General, in Form GFR 12-A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
