Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pension disbursing bank shall apply to the Central Board in Form 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Central Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
