Surrender of certificate.—Every cultivator of irrigated land who ceases to carry on the irrigation of land from a canal shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ground Water Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every tube well held by him has been disposed of.
