Safe custody.—Every treasury shall keep every utilisation certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the receipt and payment of Government moneys is carried on, shall record in Form GFR 22 the description of every utilisation certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Public Accounts Committee within seven days of the close of each year.
