Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Public Accounts Committee by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form GFR 41; and the Public Accounts Committee shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
