Intimation of change.—Every performer shall intimate to the Plant Varieties Authority, in Form 5 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Plant Varieties Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty thousand rupees.
