Surrender of certificate.—Every performer who ceases to carry on the giving of performances shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Plant Varieties Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 18 of the manner in which every patent held by him has been disposed of.
