Intimation of change.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless shall intimate to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee, in Form VII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
