Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a critical facility who ceases to carry on the operation of a critical facility shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every evacuation plan held by him has been disposed of.
