Application for registration.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application for registration to the State Executive Committee in Form H, within one day of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every incident report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
