Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods who ceases to carry on the storage of inflammable goods shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Executive Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every warning held by him has been disposed of.
