Intimation of change.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form V and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
