Application for registration.—Every stevedore carrying on the loading and unloading of ships shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Ships in Form 3, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of registry held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
