Application for registration.—Every valuer appointed by the court carrying on the valuation of property for the court shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every court fee stamp held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
