Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any valuer appointed by the court dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every summons then held; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
