Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the valuer appointed by the court shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
