Surrender of certificate.—Every shipping agent who ceases to carry on the business of a shipping agent shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maritime Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every berth held by him has been disposed of.
