Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Joint Facilitator in the Labour Department, Government of West Bengal shall be by direct recruitment; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty-two years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a degree from a recognised University with two years' experience in the relevant field.
