Intimation of change.—Every advertiser on railway premises shall intimate to the Government of Goa, in Form E and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Goa shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
