Surrender of certificate.—Every advertiser on railway premises who ceases to carry on the display of advertisements on railway premises shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Goa in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every consignment held by him has been disposed of.
