Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the advertiser on railway premises shall apply to the Government of Goa in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Goa shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
