Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ground handling agency shall apply to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
