Application for registration.—Every ground handling agency carrying on the provision of ground handling services shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-6, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every log book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
