Application for registration.—Every credit rating agency carrying on the rating of securities shall make an application for registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form D, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every research report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
