Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in medical devices shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form 20-B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
