Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform who ceases to carry on the publication of news on a digital platform shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Puducherry in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every programme held by him has been disposed of.
