Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any publisher of news on a digital platform dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Puducherry in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every declaration then held; and the Government of Puducherry shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
