Intimation of change.—Every legal practitioner shall intimate to the Taxing Officer, in Form B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Taxing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
