Intimation of change.—Every licensed marriage hall shall intimate to the Registrar of Marriages, in Form IV and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Marriages shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
