Safe custody.—Every common carrier shall keep every insurance certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of a common carrier by road is carried on, shall record in Form 20 the description of every insurance certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days of the close of each year.
