Surrender of certificate.—Every common carrier who ceases to carry on the business of a common carrier by road shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 4 of the manner in which every pollution certificate held by him has been disposed of.
