Intimation of change.—Every autonomous body receiving grants shall intimate to the Directorate of Treasuries, in Form GFR 12-C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
