Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any employer of beedi workers dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Labour Court in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every wage register then held; and the Labour Court shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
