Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of beedi workers who ceases to carry on the manufacture of beedis shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every wage slip held by him has been disposed of.
