Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a level crossing road shall apply to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
