Intimation of change.—Every owner of a level crossing road shall intimate to the Railway Rates Tribunal, in Form E and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
