Correction of entries.—The Railway Rates Tribunal may, on an application made in Form G by any owner of a level crossing road or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fifteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
