Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a mining lease who ceases to carry on mining operations shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every mining plan held by him has been disposed of.
