Surrender of certificate.—Every repairer of weights and measures who ceases to carry on the repair of weights and measures shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Bureau of Indian Standards in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every complaint held by him has been disposed of.
