Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a hazardous installation shall apply to the State Executive Committee in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the State Executive Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
