Intimation of change.—Every foster parent shall intimate to the Maintenance Tribunal, in Form VII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
