Surrender of certificate.—Every foster parent who ceases to carry on the foster care of a child shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
