Intimation of change.—Every association of allottees shall intimate to the Rent Controller, in Form E and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rent Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
