Periodical return.—Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall furnish to the Agency, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form F of every competition received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for forty-five days from the date on which it is furnished.
