Intimation of change.—Every scrapping facility shall intimate to the Highway Administration, in Form 30 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Highway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
